• Promoting democratic and open bargaining in contract negotiations

• Negotiating agreements that provide healthy working conditions for all members

• Enforcing our contract through rigorous and timely legal actions and member organizing

• Deepening the commitment to racial justice within our union

• Advocating for restorative practices throughout our district

• Increasing and sustaining our Community Hub Schools

• Creating sustainable systems for tracking grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions
